Stonegate at Weston Condominiums

Boston Residential Group transformed a 99-unit 1970s apartment complex located on a 24-acre site in Weston’s town center into Stonegate at Weston, the town’s only condominium community created at that scale.

Designed by iconic New England architectural firm Royal Barry Wills, Stonegate at Weston set the standard for condominium luxury living in a town with among the highest income and home values in Massachusetts. The units included one, two and three bedroom layouts in both single floor and townhouse style homes. Financed with Merrill Lynch Real Estate Fund, Stonegate was 60 percent sold before construction completion.
