Boston Residential Group transformed a 65-unit 1970s apartment complex located on a six-acre site in Wellesley’s town center into Linden Square Townhomes, the town’s only apartment community ever created at that scale.
Winner of the prestigious Rental Housing Association Community Excellence Award and the National Apartment Association’s Paragon of Excellence Award, Linden Square Townhomes set the standard for apartment luxury living in a town which has among the highest income and home values in Massachusetts. The units included two bedroom layouts in townhouse style homes situated around four landscaped courtyards. Linden Square was financed with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Fund, and rents were increased by 50 percent post-construction.
