The recently renovated Tower Records building at 360 Newbury Street in Boston is reopened as a residential masterpiece. Boston Residential Group CEO Curtis Kemeny discusses renovations to the building which he oversaw. Kemeny himself has purchased one of the 54 loft-style units which offer sweeping views of Boston. The lower level retail space is soon to be occupied by Best Buy.
